Shipping and Returns

How long will it take before I recieve my order?

The orders are shipped by post and typically sent within 24 hours and will reach the destination within 7-15 working days. Local taxes might apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

I want to return my order. What do I do?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please send an email to [email protected] if you want to return your shipment. Refunds will be made after we recieve the returned items and upon checking that the product(s) is unused, has the tags and is in original packaging.

Unfortunately we don't have free returns.
